Question 1

What types of storm damage does Rebuild With Kent handle?

Accepted Answer

Our work may include wind damage, roof and siding damage, broken windows and doors, water intrusion, interior damage, and repairs requiring partial or extensive reconstruction. The appropriate scope depends on the property's condition after assessment.

Question 2

Can you help secure the property before permanent repairs begin?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Depending on the damage, temporary measures may include board-up, roof protection, and securing exposed openings while permanent repairs are planned.

Question 3

Do you work with insurance companies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can provide construction information and coordinate with your insurance company during the repair process. Your insurer determines coverage and claim payments under your policy.

Question 4

What if water has entered the home?

Accepted Answer

Avoid affected areas if there may be electrical or structural hazards. Once the property is safe to enter, we can assess the water intrusion and determine what removal, drying, and repairs may be needed.
